I love these guys stuff. Their chocolate mint cookies and the brown rice millet bread are favorites I try to always have in my cupboard. It all tastes great and it is hard to notice a difference between this and food with wheat flour.
My only complaint would be that it is sometimes hard to find. I buy it at my co-op and cannot always get the mint cookies. Wish they delivered more times a week.
