Burger, clam chowder and cob salad was excellent. We've enjoyed every meal we've had here.
Excellent sandwiches. I had a veggie wrap and it was delicious. The service was extremely fast, friendly and accurate. I had a draft beer of which they have a decent selection. I recommend eating there if you want a quick bite and maybe a beer or glass of wine. It's very casual too.
We were immediately disappointed with the atmosphere. The "beer battered" appetizers just sounded like heavily breaded, deep-fried stuff. We were given a table and decided to make the best of it. 10 minutes later and no one had bothered to speak to us. We left. It was a Monday so the better places were not open. We went to Positive Pie. That turned our disappointing evening into a very pleasant one.
Immense taco salad, great appetizers and (a choice for a smaller patty, because not all of us have 4 stomachs like a cow) an amazing BBQ burger.
Come back if you gave up on it before!
New owners a year ago made this visit well worth it. The last place got bad, but it's well redeemed. The food is inspired, hot, well seasoned and, well, real tasty!
