My family has done business with Estes for years. Mainly plowing during winter months. Ever since the original owner gave it over to his son the business has gone down poorly. His son who now runs it plows my mothers driveway and only did 300.00 worth of plowing this pass winter. My mother who has stage 4 terminal cancer has made payments toward the bill yet we get a bill today for 700.00. His son said he's charging interest . Are you crazy?? You know she's struggling and you go and do something so heartless?? I doubt they will get our business anymore especially after trying to talk to him and all he can say is " whatever". I just hope him or his family never get cancer. I don't recommend doing any business with him. I love his parents to death and think highly of them but they should have never handed the business over , should have gotten someone more qualified and knowledgeable.
