UPS can’t ever find my home even though my house has been here for almost 100 years, off a main road and if you google my address it shows you a picture of my house and gives directions, also GPS will take you directly there as well. FedEx has always managed to get my packages to me, but not UPS and you would figure after we corrected the issue the first time it wouldn’t happen again.
I drove 29 miles there and back taking close to an hour of my afternoon because the "roads were too snowy" for the poorly equipped delivery van to drive to my home. As I arrived in my neighborhood I encountered a UPS van coming down the hill. You have quite a system getting customers to pay for delivery and then, not delivering. That was predictable and frustrating enough since it has happened in the past but to have the van on my road as I pulled in was enraging. Buy some vehicles (even a few) that get up snowy hills and use them when necessary for hotshots. The delivery system would not be overwhelming to figure out. It's necessary in VT.
Awful. Delivered wrong package to my house and can't find mine. Took 90 minutes on the phone and 3 different CSRs just to open an investigation. It's been a week no package and zero contact from UPS. If there was a negative star I would give them it.
UPS claims my address does not exist. Home someone should tell the US post office!
They shipped my package to Nashua NH and couldnt care less. When i asked for help they told me to call customer service. Why should the customer have to do the leg work when it was their fault? horrible customer service.
