New to this vet but trusted them which was a bad mistake. I brought one of two dogs in for a teeth cleaning and when I picked her up, they had removed five of her teeth and put stitches in! They never bothered to call me first as my previous two vets always did before performing that amount of work. It was bad that I paid $700 but worse that they put my 6lb puppymill dog through such a horrible ordeal! Two weeks of sore gums and no treats for one of these dogs is detrimental to their mental well being. So angry!! Never going back. Oh and the instructions were terrible on the paperwork. They couldn't wait to go on vacation I guess since they actually close for two weeks--what other vet does that.

We have taken all our dogs here since the 1970s. Dr. Cihocki may seem laid back but he has always made good, careful diagnoses on those occasions of concern. He put one dog's leg back together, and has always sent a sympathy card when we had to have our loved ones put to sleep. His staff is very friendly and helpful and will do trip best to fit you in as soon as possible when you call.

I have taken my dog there for a year now. The staff is always welcoming and take great care of my boy! I would recommend to everyone in the area!

Beyond unprofessional. The receptionist is unfriendly, unhelpful and incredibly unprofessional when dealing with questions or conflicts. We had an appointment to put our dog down because he was becoming a threat to the people around him, and the office called an hour before we were set to go saying that he was "uncomfortable" with the procedure, and refused to go through with the appointment. The emotional stress this put on my family was unnecessary and incredibly unbecoming of a "professional". I will never take any of my animals here ever again, and hope that anyone considering it will look elsewhere.

Would never go here again. Unfriendly, old and uncompassionate veterinarian. No gentle handling with your cats here. No friendly banter with your pet or owner. High office visit fees. So many better places to go!
