Went in today to buy a Battery Tender for my motorcycle. A young kid helped me find the section, I grabbed one and went to the counter to look at it with him. I asked the kid if I could open the box to look at the connections and all of a sudden an older guy came over and was a complete dick to me - asked me if I couldn't read the back of the box where it describes the connections. Then after giving me some more unsolicited (and incorrect) information, he walked away. I said "okay", set the box on the counter, left the store and went down the street to Bond Auto. They were more than happy to be friendly, helpful and accurate at Bond. So that's where I spent my $60.00 today. Don't waste time on the chain giant Advance's store at this location. Go a mile down the street to Bond - Locally family owned and earns your business through their customer service.

I feel like employees deserve more then minimum wage. McDonald's offers more.
