At my last visit, we got into a very big verbal altercation and not only did he belittle me, but also the family dentist that I had been seeing. If you would like to know more about my experience, I have submitted a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
His behavior was unacceptable (the only reason I yelled and stormed out).
In all honesty, Accent Orthodontics does not even deserve one star. On multiple occasions I was called to reschedule my appointment from the afternoon to the morning so they would be able to go home early. My braces have been on for 5.5 years after I was quoted that it would only take 2. I asked for a refund because I wanted them off and he said I should be charging you more for wasting my time (Since I have had them on for 3.5 years longer than expected). He told me that I could have them off (they are no where near ready), but I said no and wanted to take my business elsewhere when I moved. I requested and signed documents for them to send my records and they never sent them. They even called me the wrong name.
There has even been multiple occasions where I have left crying and hysterical.
Very Rude and unfriendly service, they are not personable at all. I would never bring my kids here, I was an older patient and the doctor made me cry. From the begining of my treatment we set up a timeline of when my treatment was supposed to be finished. The doctor promised me on more than one occasion that it would be finished by a certain time and it wasn't! The time frame was very important to me and I never would have gotten braces at all if he had not assured me on numerous occasions that my treatment would be done in time before i moved. They are very rude, I had to get rubber bands with my braces and the doctor never attached the brackets to hook the rubber bands on, I went in to get help becuase it was impossible to attach the rubber bands and he was very mean and said it was my fault because I wasn't trying hard enough! even though I tried my best to put them on and made an appointment to get help when I couldn't do it. I am not a sensitive person but he made me cry. He always seems to have a big attitude problem. I felt like I wanted to end my treatment there just to get away from his bad attitude!
