I must issue a strong rebuttal to the negative reviews of Dr. Glosser. The people that wrote them see to have a feeling of extreme entitlement. The first reviewer had an infection before the surgery, and considering the tone of her complaint, I do not believe for one second that she speaks any differently with or without a toothache. The second reviewer complained about waiting too long, however if he was the one on the operating table and the doctor was trying to fix him properly, which takes time sometimes, would he have any sympathy for the next person that had to wait so he could be fixed properly? I doubt it. If you need help with your oral health, Jeff Glosser is the best person you will find.
I would like to respond to the two negative reviews that are listed. I just learned these reviews were published and I know this reply is quite late. I am sorry for these bad experiences. I believe they are unusual for our office as we strive to do the best for all our patients at all times. We are a surgical office and we do run behind schedule at times depending on the surgical cases. We give our full attention to the patient having surgery at the time and sometimes this does cause our other patients to have to wait. I absolutely agree that communication is key when this occurs and the patients in the reception area should be acknowledged and told there will be a delay. We appreciate constructive feedback at all times. We do receive many thank you notes and positive comments about our doctors and staff being caring, friendly, attentive individuals, so I believe these are unusual situations and not our norm.
I recently had a tooth go into extreme pain and I was able to get an appointment for an extraction within 24hrs which I GREATLY appreciated. I found the staff to be professional and Dr Glosser to be very personable. I have a lot of anxiety when dealing with dental procedures and he put me right at ease. 15minutes later the deed was done and recovery so far has been painless. Thanks for the quick appointment and your dental expertise.
Everyone is always smiling and friendly - from the receptionists to the nurses and techs, to the doctors. I had my wisdom teeth extracted with Dr. Glosser and aside from the physical discomfort, it was a great experience. I would highly recommend New England Oral Surgery.
Dr Glosser and the entire staff are so wonderful!! I was treated with respect by helpful and cheerful staff and the doctor did a great job extracting my bad tooth. I strongly recommend this facility to anyone needing highly skilled specialty dental work.
