Purchased pellet stove in 10/16. Since that time three techs have been at our house. First time was stove pipe was installed incorrect and smoke was coming out of pipe into our house. The next two times is because pellet stove makes a load rumbling sound. Also flames are high and was told by one tech only supposed to be 4-5 inches high. In the last month have called weekly and still waiting for a call back to resolve these issues.
Overall, not recommended due to amount of leg work as a consumer and poor customer service (until final serviceman came).
The best this our 3rd stove installation with with them and the service is professional they go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right great customer service and honest good advice.I would highly recommend this company.
Great stoves and great customer service. Their payment plans are super awesome for someone who needs to make a very large purchase and make payments over a few months to have their stove in for winter.
Not even a full star. Worst customer service we've experienced from any business in the state of Vermont. Confirmations and appointments are not their top priority nor is the quality of their professionalism. Extremely disappointed with this prolonged and unresolved experience. Someone messed up our order for the wood insert so we got delayed another two weeks (on top of more than a month to wait for it to be installed in the first place), when it was finally installed they cut the wire to the blower, we had to wait an additional two weeks (had to call the service department three times before someone told us when they'd be coming) for the part to come in and the service guy has blown us off three days in a row now. Forgot to stop by Friday November 18th, blew us off on Saturday November 19th, and blowing us off again on Sunday November 20th. Which is ironic because the blower is what we need repaired DUE TO FAULTY INSTALLATION. REMAINS UNRESOLVED. *edit* Monday morning (November 21st) a serviceman arrived and fixed the blower.
Very happy with their customer service. They had a good selection of wood stoves, the one we chose happened to be on sale. They installed it for us which went smoothly. I’d definitely recommend them.
