This guy came and removed a part from my oven, leaving me without a working oven FOR 7 WEEKS. He charged me $85, kept my part (without getting a new one) and I am left with a BROKEN oven. So, I paid $85 to have him break my oven, and not to mention he is rude and unprofessional.
I took the day off for an 8-noon service call. I tried calling 4 times and left 3 messages. I got no call back and no show from the service person.
