HD goes haywire and you can't record shows as a lot of them freeze and are pixelated... AND they charge TOO much money as well!!!
Why is it this horrible?
watch out when you return your equipment hang on to your recipt or charter will be putting you in collections for non returned equipment even though you returned it without recipt your paying for equipment.now i am getting lawyer and doing a law suit beacuse went in my credit score. horrible company and bad local employees
Their cable boxes are litterally from 2004 and have a menu that is as clunky as cable from the 90s is.
They will do what ever takes to keep average revenue per customer at 100 a month.
Words can't describe how bad of experience it is to work with this company. Nothing is convenient. Honestly wish this company would stop doing business and wasting customers time. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
And no it's not 60 megs they struggle to deliver 35 Meg's even at 2 am
It's not the place but the company.
The debt will eventually drown the company but the executive executives don't care since they will get to cash out well before they do
Because charter does leveraged buy it after leveraged buyout we as the customers are stuck with the bill. What is a leveraged buy out? Well it's when a company doesn't have the money to buy another company but they want to show artificial growth to share holders by taking on massive levels of debt to do the buyouts.
I have had over five years of frustration with this company. My land line is attached through my modem, so if we lose power, we have no phone. Multiple service calls to correct horrible signal for cable. Wi-Fi goes out every day or kicks us off the network. And I have received so many harassing phone calls from representatives before I am even a week late on my bill that I have taken to paying my bill deliberately late every month. The customer service is horrible with the exception of a very few individuals. Worst part, there is no other phone or internet providers that service my neighborhood, so they more or less have a monopoly on my area. Crappy service, crappier representatives, and no options if I want to be connected to the outside world. If you have a choice, go with their competitors.
Yes their internet is reliable, but 70 bucks a month for internet? I am sorry but no, that is pathetic.
Random low tier channels are only in the premium package seriously how is Nick jr even remotely considered premium
