Helpful and friendly. The counter space is tight, so if you have questions, it feels like you are on display. Prices on lumber are a tad high, but not outrageous and they deliver locally for free. Generally, if you have a small project, pick your own lumber else you get lots of bent or twisted pieces.
I won't shop here because of family member issues with them.
