POOR! I don't know who the heck they have running this store but she has every excuse in the book as to why she can't take donations and she's rude on the phone. Bin is full, no help, I'm here by myself, just closed. If this truly is the case then somebody needs to get her assistance. HOWEVER I am getting the distinct impression that she is trying to avoid the responsibility. How this store is operating is not how the ads on TV and the radio portray the purpose of the Salvation Army Thrift Stores.

The "manager" is rude and borderline hostile. She is unpleasant to deal with. The store hours for donation are constantly changing and arbitrary; store staff don't seem to know what the hours are or are going to be, especially since these seem to be changed at a whim, without notice or apology. We used to make contributions of clothing and household goods but have now decided that we were just enabling mismanagement and the poor, discourteous behavior on the part of the "manager" and the store. We got tired of gathering up goods to donate, loading up and driving to the store, and then finding a sign saying "no donations accepted today" and no further explanation. We'll be taking our donations elsewhere from now on.

I went during store hours to make a donation, but I was turned away because "the lady with the key isn't here". That doesn't really make much sense -- why not keep a key in-store for any employees to use? It's not like they are looking away anything of high value anyway...Just things that are being given freely.

They are rude. Charge way way to much for things that were donated free. Ive seen something that are cheaper at stores that they put a high price on. They sell lotion and things that have been used. I go in and look but cant afford to buy anything. I get so mad because its to help the community but then you cant afford it.

The mission is great but they don't inspect the things they sell so you have to be careful
